Low-Altitude Economy Policies and Regulations

Policy Background

As a strategic emerging industry, the low-altitude economy has received high attention from the state in recent years. In 2024, "low-altitude economy" was written into the government work report for the first time. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee further proposed "developing general aviation and low-altitude economy." The national level has intensively issued multiple policies and regulations to provide institutional guarantees and policy support for the development of the low-altitude economy.
